Quality Assurance Work History
I served my most recent company for seven years. The vast majority of that time has been serving in the
Quality Assurance department.
I did spend one year as the company's Data Analyst, during which time I earned a Six Sigma Yellow
Belt. (Six Sigma is basically an analytical approach to process improvement and process excellence.)
Recently, I was the Quality Assurance Manager of a customer contact center. I had a number
of QA Specialists working in three centers (two in the United States and one in India). The company has about 800
agents.
Prior to my previous place of employment, I worked in two other contact centers (for close to four years.) Again,
most of that time was in the Quality Assurance departments. In one of these positions, I served as
the Training Manager as well.
I have also spent more than four years in a Quality Control chemical lab (at a major chemical company)
as a Chemical Technician and Technologist. During my last year and a half, I was given oversight of
our QC labs Quality Assurance program.
